I have gambled on countless of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have wagered on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of funds at 21. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the casino.

I still like the game and play on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have bet on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this method or defeat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is based on the fact that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I wager with basic strategy blackjack. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original value.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely fun at times. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a few years ago with $750 after 30 minutes using this technique! And a couple of days ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can give away a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the streaks you witness playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 table.

Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the original ten dollar wager

Take $20 paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar bet

Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar

Bet forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first forty dollar wager

Bet 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $80

Wager eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 bet

Wager eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar

Wager $160
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $160 bet

If you left at this point you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!

It’s difficult to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
