My Casino Blackjack Type Game
I have played countless of hands of twenty-one. I started working my way into the casinos when I was 16. I have enjoyed online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent a lot of money at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to defeat the house.
I still like the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have bet on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this method or beat the casino, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is centered on the idea that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I don’t win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the action back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling at times. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a few years ago with $750 after 30 minutes using this technique! And a couple of days ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the runs you witness gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.
Bet $5
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $5 bet
Bet $5
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total bet of $10
Wager $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the original $10 bet
Wager ten dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the original twenty dollar wager
Bet 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Wager $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the first forty dollar bet
Bet $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $80
Wager eighty dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the first $80 wager
Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first $160 bet
If you departed at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is hard to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
