Blackjack Is Like A Rollercoaster
black jack is a game that evokes images of a crazy ride. It is a game that starts slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you ramp up your bank roll, you feel as though you are getting to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom falls out.
Blackjack is so similar to a rollercoaster the similarities are bizarre. As with the popular amusement park ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will be going great for awhile before it bottoms out yet again. Undoubtedly you have to be a bettor who’s able to readjust to the ups … downs of the game simply because the game of blackjack is choked full with them.
If you like the small coaster, one that doesn’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the crazy ride is with a much bigger bet, then jump on for the rollercoaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high stakes gambler will love the view from the monster crazy ride because he or she is not mentally processing the drop as they rush head first to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few players adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that is all lovely, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to twist and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.
If you do not, you will not necessarily recount how much you enjoyed the good life while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, an amazing ride and your head in the stratosphere. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won’t clearly recall how "high up" you went but you will clearly recall that catastrophic drop as clear as day.
